As most entrepreneurs are aware, becoming wealthy is not an easy task. There are problems along the road to success, including pitfalls, obstacles and a lot of responsibility. However, the poor do not like dealing with problems and they definitely do not enjoy responsibility, so they continue with their main problem - being poor.
An important secret to success is not avoiding problems but dealing with them as they occur. If the obstacle is bigger than you, then you have to grow bigger than the obstacle. Life always has problems, so problems are not the issue. The issue is always how big you are as a person.
The bigger the problems you can handle, the larger the business you can manage. The more responsibility you can manage, the more money you will make. Your wealth grows to the extent you grow as a person. The goal is for you to grow as a person so you can deal with any obstacle that is in your path of success. And there are many ways you can grow as a person. You may have to learn how to increase in self discipline, learn better communication skills, or educate yourself in a particular area.
A word of warning as you learn to overcome problems - do not focus on them! The rich never do; instead, they put their time and strength in developing a strategy to overcome the obstacle. Remember that what you focus on grows, so it's important that your attention is not on the problem, but on the solution for overcoming the obstacle.
As an exercise write down a problem you have and brainstorm until you come up with 20 ideas that will help eliminate or reduce the obstacle. Use this approach with all your problems and you will become unstoppable in your goals!
